These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wj1 Casino governing your use of the wj1.org platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using wj1, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

One Account Per Person. wj1 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the wj1 platform. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same name, email address, mobile number, financial instrument, IP address, or device — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. wj1 is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, wj1 is required by PAGCOR to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This process requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License). wj1 will not release funds from an account that has not completed KYC to our satisfaction.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wj1 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. wj1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify wj1 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Accepted Payment Methods. wj1 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on the wj1 platform is ₱100.00 via GCash. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction within your account. wj1 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be met before any withdrawal request will be processed:
Processing Times. wj1 targets GCash withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers and card withdrawals vary and are subject to the timelines of the relevant financial institutions. wj1 does not guarantee specific processing times for non-GCash withdrawals.
Fund Source. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not connected to any criminal activity. wj1 complies with all anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant Philippine financial intelligence unit.
Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page and in your account's active bonus section at the time the bonus is accepted.
Game Contributions. Not all Games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are displayed in the bonus terms for each specific promotion. Live casino games and jackpot games may have reduced contribution rates or may be excluded entirely from certain wagering requirements.
Bonus Expiry. All bonus offers have an expiry period, which begins from the time the bonus is credited to your account. Bonus Abuse. wj1 reserves the right to void bonuses, retain associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion between players, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, use of multiple accounts, or any strategy intended to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds regardless of game outcome.
Availability. wj1 reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Eligibility for specific promotions may vary by account status, VIP tier, deposit history, or other criteria determined by wj1 at its sole discretion.
RNG Certification. All games on the wj1 platform utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. This certification is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR's licensing conditions for online gaming operators. wj1 does not manipulate individual game outcomes.
Game Rules. Each game on the wj1 platform has specific rules accessible from within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. wj1 is not liable for losses arising from a User's misunderstanding of individual game mechanics.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay — including but not limited to software errors, connectivity failures, or server interruptions — wj1 reserves the right to void any affected round and return the wagered amount to the relevant account. wj1 will not honour payouts arising from clearly malfunctioning games or erroneously displayed game information.
Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is erroneous, you must report the dispute to wj1 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the occurrence. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. wj1's internal review of disputed results is final, subject to recourse to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures where applicable.
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following:

wj1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.
All intellectual property rights in third-party game titles remain the exclusive property of the respective game providers. wj1's presentation of those games does not confer any rights over the underlying intellectual property to Users.
Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wj1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the wj1 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
Platform Availability. wj1 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may affect platform availability without notice.
Cap on Liability. In the event that wj1 is found liable to a User for any reason, wj1's aggregate liability to that User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
User Responsibility for Losses. Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose funds wagered on the wj1 platform and that wj1 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through legitimate gameplay. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your gaming activity is within your financial means.
wj1's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the wj1 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the wj1 Privacy Policy.
wj1 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as all applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements applicable to licensed gaming operators.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to wj1 sharing data with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies where required by law, court order, or regulatory direction, including for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance purposes.
Closure by User. You may request the closure of your wj1 account at any time by contacting the support team via the 24/7 live chat accessible through your account dashboard. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to KYC completion and applicable conditions.
Closure by wj1. wj1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances such as: violation of these Terms; evidence of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; non-compliance with PAGCOR requirements; or account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
Balance on Termination for Cause. If an account is closed by wj1 as a result of a material breach of these Terms by the User, wj1 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance including real-money deposits if the breach is connected to fraudulent, criminal, or AML-related conduct. In all other closure scenarios, legitimate deposited funds will be returned to the User through the standard withdrawal process.
Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. wj1 will notify the account holder at their registered contact details before any action is taken. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as disclosed in the fee schedule within the account dashboard.
Governing Law. These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the wj1 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.
Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wj1 platform.
PAGCOR Dispute Resolution. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, wj1 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through wj1's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for player complaints against licensed operators.
Internal Complaints. All complaints regarding wj1's services should be directed in the first instance to the wj1 support team via live chat or by email to the support address listed in Section 15. wj1 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
wj1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users through at least one of the following channels: email notification to the address on file; in-platform notification upon next login; or a prominent notice on the wj1.org homepage.
Amendments take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, which will not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes. Your continued use of the wj1 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact wj1 support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of your legitimate balance before the effective date of the amendment.
